11.3 Disassembly and Replacement
11.3.1
Cleaner unit
(1) Remove the process unit. Refer to para. 9.3.1.
(2) Remove the drum (when it is to be replaced).
•
Remove the developer unit.
•
Remove the main charger unit.
•
Disengage the two claws to remove the mo-
tor cover.

•
Unlock the drum shaft lock (by rotating it in
the direction of the arrow) and then pull the
shaft out from the front.
•
When removing the drum, place your hands
on the sides of the drum, as shown in the
figure on the right and take it out carefully.
