IMPORTANT!
Recheck that all frame connections and
cables are secure and check every pulley
location to make sure cable is not rubbing
on any cable retaining bracket.
TO ADD/REDUCE CABLE TENSION
Insert the
TORQUE FORK
TM
(62) into the
tenth WEIGHT PLATE (60 and perform 10
repititions at each station. This will help re-
move most of the initial stretch in the
CABLES.
Adjust the tension in the cables by tightening
or loosening the threaded ends of the cables
at the cable adjustment points as shown.
(NOTE: The jam nuts will need to be loos-
ened in order to do this and will need to be
retightened when complete.)
STOP!
Prior to next steps (Shroud Assembly),
ensure all exercises are smooth. If rough
or loud recheck cable routing.
If GUIDE RODS have not been lubricated
refer to STEP 16.
