Assemble the MID PULLEY ARM PIVOT (16)
to the FRONT UPRIGHT (7) & BASE (2) using:
Four 3/8 X 2-3/4” BOLTS (8)
Eight 3/8” FLAT WASHERS (3)
Four 3/8” LOCK NUTS (15)
NOTE: Do NOT fully tighten any connec-
tions until instructed to do so SECURELY.
