19. Remove the 2 screws (Fig. 144). Remove the two sets of fasteners securing the brake
pedal lever to the brake control assembly (Fig. 146):

20. Raise the fender and prop it slightly to access the
fasteners securing the brake pedal to the brake
control assembly (Fig. 145).
18. Locate the 2 screws under the danger decal on the
fender. Cut the decal to expose the bolt heads (Fig.
143).

B. Hex head bolt, lock washer and nut
