6. Start the engine and drive to a flat area.
7. Check the oil level again.
Changing the Engine-Oil Filter
Service Interval: Every 200 hours
Note:
Change the engine-oil filter more frequently when
operating conditions are extremely dusty or sandy.
1. Drain the oil from the engine.
2. Change the engine-oil filter ( Figure 50 ).

Ensure that the oil-filter gasket touches the
engine, then turn the oil filter an extra 3/4 turn.
3. Fill the crankcase with the proper type of new oil.
