Connecting the Battery
No Parts Required
Procedure
1. Remove the battery cover from the battery box
(
Figure 3 ).

4. Battery strap
2. Install the positive-battery cable to the positive
(+) battery terminal with a flanged bolt and
flanged nut (
Figure 3 ).
3. Install the negative-battery cable to the negative
(–) battery terminal with a flanged bolt and
flanged nut (
Figure 3 ).
4. Install the cover on the battery box and secure
the cover and box to the battery tray with the
battery strap (
Figure 3 ).
