Service Interval:
Every 800 hours/Every 6 months
(whichever comes first)
1.
Move the machine to a level surface, shut off
the engine, and remove the key.
2.
Discard the old hydraulic-fluid return filter.

Install a new hydraulic-fluid return filter.
Changing the Hydraulic-Charge
Filter
Service Interval:
Every 800 hours/Every 6 months

1.
Move the machine to a level surface, shut off
the engine, and remove the key.
2.
Open the front hood.
3.
Place a drain pan under the filter.
4.
Using a filter wrench, remove the
hydraulic-charge filter (

5.
Discard the old filter.
6.
Apply a thin layer of hydraulic oil to the o-ring
of the filter.
7.
Install and tighten the new filter with a filter
wrench.
8.
Start the engine, let it run idle for approximately
1 minute, then check for leaks around the
hydraulic-charge filter.
