以下為特別需要注意的事項:  

 

危險! 

        

1. 實施配線,務必關閉電源. 
2. 切斷交流電源後,充電指示燈(CHARGE)未熄滅前,表示變頻器內部仍有高壓,十分危險,請勿觸摸

內部電路及零組件. 

3. 絕對不可以自行改裝變頻器內部的零件或線路. 
4. 絕不可將變頻器輸出端子U/T1、V/T2、W/T3 連接至AC 電源. 
5. 變頻器接地端子    務必正確的接地.230V 機種採第三種接地,460V /575V 機種採特種接地. 

 

                   

 

 

1. 切勿對變頻器內部的零組件進行耐壓測試,因內有半導體易受高壓擊穿而損壞. 
2. 變頻器的電路板有cmos IC 極易受靜電的破壞,故在未做好防靜電措施前請勿用手觸摸電路板. 
3. 即使電動機是停止的,變頻器的主回路端子仍然可能有危險的高壓. 
4. 只有合格的電機專業人員才可以安裝、配線及修理保養變頻器. 
5. 當變頻器某些功能被設定後,可能在電源輸入後會立即啟動電動機開始運轉. 
6. 請選擇安全的區域來安裝變頻器,防止高溫及日光直接照射,避免溼氣和水滴的潑濺. 
7. 請防止小孩或一般無關人員接近變頻器. 
8. 變頻器只能用在本公司所認可的場合,未經認可的使用環境可能導致火災、氣爆、感電等事件. 
9. 當變頻器與電動機之間的配線過長時,對電動機的層間絕緣可能產生破壞,請改用變頻器專用的交

流電動機,或在變頻器及電動機之間加裝電抗器或濾波器,避免造成交流電動機因絕緣破壞而燒
毀.(電抗器或濾波器之選用請參閱使用手冊 3-3章節). 

10. 變頻器所安裝之電源系統額定:(230V級機種不可高於240V),(460V級機種不可高於480V),(575V

級機種不可高於640V),供應容量電流不可超大於5000A RMS.(30kW 以上機種不可大於10000A RMS)

 

11. 變頻器機殼對大地的漏電流為22 mA.( High leakage current )
