warning!
do not use soldering joints for elements that may
–
be subject to temperature above 130°c.
do not join parts used for lifting weights with
–
solder joints.
do not solder live electrical installations or circuits
–
that require Esd protection.
cauTiOn!
Power cord and plug must not be damaged.

Make all checks and repairs only when the
soldering gun is disconnected from mains
network. All checks and repairs should be carried out
by the supplier’s service department or by service site
certified by the supplier.

It is recommended to conduct few soldering
tries on waste pieces of soldered material. Ability
to handle the soldering gun comes with practice.

Soldering gun features soldering tip that heats up
instantly and can be used to join metal parts with the use
of low-melting filler, e.g. zinc-lead for soft soldering. The
soldering gun is especially useful for joining large cross-
section elements, e.g. automotive electrical installations,
low-voltage electrical installations in buildings and
other works that require higher temperatures.

When the soldering gun is connected to power network
and switch is pressed (1d), soldering tip (1b) starts to heat
up. Heating lasts for 6-8 seconds. This is when soldering
tip heats up to the temperature of solder melting.
During heat up light bulb (1e) lights up and illuminates
work area during operation. When the soldering gun is
used for the first time, it is recommended to thoroughly
cover soldering tip with zinc for easier operation. Once
the soldering tip is hot, touch soldered spot with it and
apply flux cored zinc solder wire to join two elements.
Operate the soldering gun in cycles: 12 seconds
operation and 48 seconds break.
Replaceable parts in the soldering gun are the tip and the
light bulb. To replace soldering tip, remove the plug from
mains socket, wait until the tip is cooled down completely
(do not cool down in water) and unscrew tip fixing screws
(1f). Replace tip and tighten screws to fix it.
Replace light bulb when it does not light. Disconnect
power cord from mains socket before replacement.
Unscrew the light bulb and replace it with a new one, 3
W power and operational voltage 6 V.
Do not dispose of electrically powered
products with household wastes, they
should be utilized in proper plants.
Obtain information on wastes utilization
from your seller or local authorities.
Used up electric and electronic equipment contains
