Brake Information:
24 Vdc power is required to release the brake during operation. Ensure that pins F and G in
the power connector are used for the brake.
Thermal Device:
Motor equipped with Vishay temperature sensor. Tolomatic recommends the use of the thermal
switch in order to protect the actuator in higher ambient temperatures.
Encoder temp is not a way to monitor motor temperature. Performance is based on actuator performance.
In some cases, improper current limits set in the drive, along with incorrect wiring of the feedback cable can lead to
damage of the motor.
