without dismantling and the whole Product shall be sent to the
Manufacturer.
The warranty liabilities applicable to the Product as well as its
assemblies and components that were altered or modified without
permission are terminated earlier and not subject to renewal in the
future.
Establishment of facts of non-compliance of the Consumer with the
Product's installation and/or operation technical requirements, breach of
other requirements contained in this Manual shall discharge the
Manufacturer from the liabilities to the Consumer.
