94.
Loosely secure the wing guard bracket to the
winch frame washer plate using a M6 x 1.0 x
20mm hex bolt (1) and M6 flange nut (1).
95.
Insert an M8 cage nut (1) into the wing guard
bracket so the nut is situated on top of the
bracket.
REPEAT ON LHS.
96.
Insert M6 cage nuts (4) into the wing guard so
the nut is situated on the top face of the wing
guard.
97.
Apply the supplied foam tape to the underside
of the wing guard as shown below.
98.
Position the wing guard as shown, and
secure it in place using M6 x 1.0 x 20mm SS
button head bolts (4), M6 S/S spring washers
(4) & M6 x Ø18mm S/S flat washers (4).
99.
Secure the wing guard at the indicated
position using an M8 x 1.25 x 25mm S/S
Button Head Bolt, M8 S/S Spring Washer, &
M8 x Ø17mm S/S Flat Washer.
100.
Fix the wing guard bracket in place by
tightening the fastener installed in step 94 to
its appropriate torque setting.
