This table saw was partially assembled at the 
factory. To assemble your machine follow the 
below instructions.

Bench Extensions 

1.    Turn the saw and place it on the floor with 

the bench facing down.

2.   Align the bench extensions flush with the 

saw bench.

3.   Push the bench width extension onto the 

sawing bench using the bolts M6

×

12 and 

loosely fasten the flat washers and nuts M6. 
Repeat for the opposite side.

4.   Push the bench length extension onto the 

saw bench using the screws M5x14 and 
loosely fasten the spring washers and flat 
washers.

5.   

Screw the support struts to the bench 
extensions with bolts M6

12, flat washers 

and nuts M6.

6.   Tighten all the bolts, screws and nuts

ASSEMBLY

Support Legs

1.    Screw the four support legs together with 

the support struts onto the main frame with 
the bolts M6

16, spring washers and flat 

washers.

2.   Place the rubber feet onto the support legs.

Long /Short Centre Brace & Leg Support

1.    Screw the long centre braces and the short 

centre braces onto the legs using the bolts 
M6

×

12, flat washers and nuts M6. 

Make sure that the same braces face each 
other. The long centre braces must be 
mounted parallel to the operator's side of 
the saw.

2.   

Align the holes of two leg supports with 
the holes of the rear support legs. Screw 
M6

×

12, flat washers and nuts M6. Both leg 

supports must be fastened to the back of 
the machine.

3.   Tight all the nuts and bolts.
