OTHER SETTINGS
FILENAME PREFIX
You are able to choose between using the recorder serial number or the recording type as a
filename prefix, or have no prefix. The recording type refers to whether the files are ultrasonic
and is dependent on your sample rate. You can choose the prefix in
the
Recording Settings
menu or in the
SD Card
menu. To change the prefix, use the
up/down arrow buttons to select
File Prefix
, then use the left/right arrow buttons to choose
between

CLOCK & SCHEDULE
To check or change the time zone setting on your detector, use the left/right arrows to
navigate to the
Clock Settings
(see below) and press the
K
button, use the up/down
arrows to navigate the Clock Settings menu.
Time Zone
Your time zone relative to Greenwich Mean Time (
GMT
) will be shown. Use the left/right
arrows to change the time zone in 15 minute increments. Remember to account for any
daylight savings time that may be in effect.
Time Format
You can choose between
24 hour
(e.g. 16:00) and
12 hour
(e.g. 4:00pm) time formats. Use
the left/right arrows to change the time format.
Schedule
This will indicate if a valid schedule is available on the SD card and give a summary of each of
the recording tasks.
