Sorting the entries
The entries are sorted in the following order:
1. Spaces
2. Special characters
3. Digits (0-9)
4. Letters (alphabetically)
To avoid an entry being placed in alphabetical order in the phonebook, add a
space or a special character in front of the name. The entry then goes to the
top of the list.

MENU
Press the Menu key.
Select 1
Phonebook
Press the Select 1 key.
View
Find Name
Press the View key.
e.g. Jack
Use the arrow key to select the desired entry

Options
Press the Options key.
Select 1
Edit Name
Press the Select 1 key.
e.g. Jacky
If necessary, overwrite the name. (For entry of
letters and characters, see the character table
on Page 25).
OK
Press the OK key.
Options
Press the Options key.
Choose Select 2 using the arrow key.
Select 2
Edit Number
Press the Select 2 key.
e.g. 4567
If necessary, overwrite the call number using
the number keys.

Storing call numbers to the list of restricted numbers for
ringing signals
10 list locations (0-9) can be occupied. The call numbers can have a
maximum of 20 digits.
MENU
Press the Menu key.
Choose Select 6 using the arrow key.
Select 6System Set
Press the Select 6
key.
Enter PIN
Enter the 4-digit PIN.
OK
Press the OK key.
Choose Select 3 using the arrow key.
Select 3
Ring Restrict Press the Select 3 key.
e.g. Location 1 Select the memory location X (0...9) using
the arrow key.
Select X
Press Select X key (X = 0 9).
e.g. 01234
Enter the call number.
OK
Press the OK key.
Select further memory locations. Or...
Press the R key to leave that menu level.
Turning list of restricted numbers for ringing signals on /
off
The list of restricted numbers for ringing signals can only be activated if at
least one call number has previously been stored in the list.
Same procedure described on Page 45 Turning list of released numbers for
ringing signals on / off. Choose Select 3: Restricted number.
