Press and release the On button.
The Professional II will automati-
cally vacuum and seal, then turn
itself off.

To stop the process before all the
air is removed, press and release
the Manual Seal Button. The
sound will stop and the lights will
turn off when the bag is sealed.
The lid will open slightly returning
to the ready position.
Do not lift
the lid until after the red sealing
light stops blinking and the lid has reset to the ready position.

Lift up the lid and remove the bag.

Vacuum packaging is complete.
NOTE: It takes approximately three seconds to stop the vacuum
process and seal the bag. If you are using a small bag or pack-
aging a fragile item, we recommend that you press down on the
Manual Seal Button immediately after pressing the On button.
