10. Trouble Shooting
PROBLEM

SOLUTIONS
There are cracking’s and
breaking on the front
battery bearing leg.
It is turned right at the
end of field
While using the it should be
turned to the left.
Angle can’t be adjusted or
machine can’t get transport
position
Angle adjusting profile
doesn’t slide within the
outer profile.
Profiles should be cleaned
and washed after every
working.
Discs turn hardly or don’t
turn
- Bearing are jammed

Greasing isn’t sufficient
- Ball bearings worn or
broken
- Bearing can broken
- Battery, discs or
scrappers are curved
- Change the nipple or
remove the oil plug to fill
grease.
- If necessary dismount and
clean the ball bearings.
- Change broken and worn
parts.
- Repair or change the
curved parts.
Machine can’t reach to
maximum working depth
- Soil is hard
- Diameter of discs are
shrink because of worn
- Measure the discs, if worn
change them (usage time of
discs are changing according
to soil type)
Soil or plant waste jam on
discs
- Scrappers adjustment
are changed or scrapers
are curved.
- Adjust the scrappers as 3-5
mm spaces from discs.
