Error handling and troubleshooting
SaneoTENS is a certified and approved medical device. There
-
fore, please report all serious incidents that occur in connection
with the product to the manufacturer and the competent state
authority (in Germany, the competent authority is the Federal
Institute for Drugs and Medical Devices (BfArM)).
If the proposed solutions do not solve the problem, please contact
customer service or your dealer.
1.
The device does not turn on when you press the On/Off
button.
·
Make sure the battery is correctly inserted and touches the
contacts.
·
If necessary, replace the battery.
2. There is no noticeable stimulation.
·
Press the On/Off button to restart the device.
·
Check the electrode placement. The electrodes must not
overlap, and they must be fully bonded to the skin.
·
Gradually increase the stimulation intensity.
·
Check the cable connections between the device and the
electrodes.
·
Restore the adhesiveness of the electrodes by moisten-
ing. If the adhesive power of the electrode surfaces can
no longer be restored, the current distribution is no longer
guaranteed. In this case please replace the electrodes.
