Select the stimulation intensity
Do not ignore the sensations that you are feeling!
The patient should clearly be able to feel the current
or stimulation intensity, but it should not be unpleasant
or painful. Set the stimulation intensity at least high
enough so you can clearly feel that the stimulated mus-
cles are working (muscular twitches or contractions).
The stimulation intensity should also be gradually
increased over time.
The stimulation intensity for Channel A or Channel B is displayed
on the left or right in the treatment menu (unit:
mA
).
Please select the stimulation intensity for
Channel A
using the
▲/▼ buttons
to the left
of the display and for
Channel B
using
the ▲/▼ buttons
to the right
of the display.

A short press of the ▲ button increases the stimulation inten-
sity by 1 mA for the respective channel.
➔
A short press of the ▼ button decreases the stimulation
intensity by 1 mA for the respective channel.
The treatment begins.
If a suitable stimulation intensity has been set and not
changed for 20 seconds, the
Lock
icon appears in the
display. The keypad is locked.

If necessary, the keypad can be unlocked using the ▼ button,
e.g. in order to adjust the intensity.
