2.3 Product Description
The VSP63 vacuum transducer is measuring total pressure in the range of
1000 - 1,0x10

mbar. The transducer can be connected to Thyracont display and
control units or to customer related power supply and evaluation units. The
output signal has a logarithmic dependence on pressure over the whole range.
The transducer is equipped with a metal-sealed Pirani sensor and temperature
compensated. It can be mounted to suitable flange connectors. Model
VSP63MVSW additionally has a 9,5mm hose nozzle.
