Cooled down waffles can be frozen. Cool down the waffles on a metal
rack first, and then place them in a freezer bag or covered container
with wax paper in between each waffle.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
1. Unplug the waffle maker and let it cool completely before cleaning it.
There is no need to detach the cooking plates to clean the appliance.
Do not immerse the appliance in water. Do not put in the dishwasher.
2. Clean off crumbs from the grooves with a soft brush.
3. If there is still some batter in the grid, add a layer of oil on the batter.
Wait for 5 minutes to let it become soft, and then clean the batter with
a paper towel or damp cloth.
4. Wipe away the remaining vegetable oil or butter from the grid with a
paper towel or a damp cloth. Do not use rough sponges or brushes,
as it may scratch the appliance.
5. Use a damp cloth to wipe the housing of the appliance.
6. Occasionally, you can use a small amount of soft detergent to wipe
any stains from the housing. Do not immerse the appliance in water
or any other liquid.
