General Keyboard Function
Before installing the Stowaway Universal Bluetooth Keyboard application on your device, it is
recommended that you back up your data. Please delete any other keyboard software you have
previously installed on your device to avoid potential conflicts.
This software application enables your handheld device to interact with the external keyboard. You
will need at least 250KB of memory for the keyboard application.
Battery Installation:
1.
Remove the battery door on the base of the keyboard.
2.
Insert two (2) AAA batteries and align as shown inside the battery compartment.
3.
Replace the battery door.
Opening and Closing the Keyboard:
1.
To Open: Lift the stand, press the button on the left side of the keyboard and swing the right
section open.

To Close: Slide the tab right to unlock the keyboard, snap keyboard shut, depress stand with
thumb and secure.
Removing and Replacing the Stand (optional):
1.
Place keyboard on a flat surface and pull stand with a slight rotating motion.
2.
Replace stand by aligning clips and pressing until it snaps into place.
