4.2.2

Parameter P02:

HI-ALARM

This Parameter is:

Valid for Temperature Controller Zones
- Zones 1 through 16
- unit in:  °C or °F

Not valid for

 Limiter Zones

Valid for Current Zones
- Zones 17 through 32
- unit in:  0,1 x A => value of 10 means 1 A

Measurement above the value set for parameter P02 triggers the respective zone

HI-ALARM

, this results

in:

tripping the appropriate

Hi

-alarm contact on the AF TPA Thermon Power supply module AC

the green

Hi

-LED on the AF TPA module

extinguishes

Adjustment thresholds:  0...630
Default value:

630

NOTE:

HI-ALARM

is not supervised when the reference set point in the circuit display is set to 0.

But

HI-ALARM

is supervised when operation mode (P06:

OP MODE

) is set to OFF. The rea-

son for this practice is that a faulty actuator (for instance short circuited) which is connected to the
output modules will cause high alarm and thus be detected.

4.2.3

Parameter P03:

DEV-ALARM

This Parameter is:

Valid for Temperature Controller Zones
- Zones 1 through 16
- unit in:  °C or °F

Not

valid for

 Limiter Zones

Valid for Current Zones
- Zones 17 through 32
- unit in:  0,1 x A => value of 10 means 1 A

As soon as the actual value of a zone deviates from the reference set point in the circuit display by more than
the value set for P03 the respective zone

DEV-ALARM

 is triggered, this results in:

tripping the appropriate

Dev

-alarm contact on the AF TPA Thermon Power supply module AC

the

Lo

-LED on the AF TPA module

lights up red

Adjustment thresholds:  1...630
Default value:

15

NOTE:

DEV-ALARM

is not supervised when the reference set point in the circuit display is set to “0” or op-

eration mode (P06:

OP MODE

) is set to OFF.
