11 Guarantee
11.1 Guarantee period
Guarantee period of 5 years applies on stove body, metal covers and silo
for pellet, and 2 years on electric component ( regulation, motor, ignitier)
ThermoFLUX d.o.o. is responsible for service in BiH during guarantee
period for failures as described in paragraph related to terms for
guarantee,
Guarantee in other states is to be provided by authorised importer-
distributor.
11.2 Guarantee terms
First start up of the stove needs to be done by authorised service, or
person authorised by ThermoFLUX or authorised importer – distributor.
Stove must work in accordance with terms and conditions given in this
manual.
Stove needs to be instaled in accordance with all state regulations and
law terms.
Quality of pellet must comply with all stnadards given in this manual.
11.3 Exemption from the guarantee
Guarantee does not cover:
 Unauthorised and negligent handling and maintenance
 Unauthorised opening and servicing of the stove
 Improper installation, mechanical damage
 Damages caused by non-complying with instructions given in manual
Damages caused by other conditions such are: fire and air, high voltage,
thunderstroke.
