Select Concentration mode by pressing the right arrow key until CONCENTRATION
displays on the instrument ( Figure 42 ).

Use to set the concentration of your standard. After setting the concentration value,
place your standard solution cuvette in the sample stage and press . After the standard
measurement, the instrument will calculate the factor and display it on the screen ( Figure 43 ).
This factor can be used in the future to set up the method without need for a standard
solution.
