The instrument will confirm that it is recording the zero absorbance measurement,

On completion of the zero measurement, the standard solution editing screen will appear,

to set the concentration of each standard.

to measure the ABS or %T of that solution.
4. After all standards have been measured the instrument prompts you to press

display the calibration graph.
