Quantitative Analysis
The Quantitative Analysis (Quant) application supports both linear calibration curves with
up to four standards and manual entry of a factor for determination of the concentration.

Use the arrow keys on the navigation pad to select the number of standards, Measurement
Mode (ABS or %T) and the display unit. Set the Measurement wavelength using
or
the
λ
knob.
The USB memory option allows you to select:
Save
– to automatically enter the method save sequence
No
– to go directly to sample measurement
Load
– to automatically enter the method load sequence
Once the method parameters are complete, select
GO
and press
.
Note
If you change the measurement wavelength, it may be necessary to re-zero the
instrument by placing a blank solution in the sample stage and pressing
until the
screen displays the message
