Appendix B – Repacking Instructions



Ensure the lower inner packaging is in
place inside the packaging box.



Place the SlideMate AS instrument gently
into the box ensuring it sits correctly in the
cut-out of the foam packaging.



Place the Upper inner foam packaging on
top of the SlideMate AS instrument and
gently press into place.



Place the upper packing into the box and
place all the accessories into the box.



Ensure that the box is properly sealed.
