Vent filter heater
connection
This section provides information for third-party integrators on how to
interface with the vent filter heaters. Vent filter heaters are offered either with
an inline temperature controller 46 series (Figure 8.1), or without a controller
(type K, Figure 8.2). Both options come in either 120 VAC or 240 VAC. The
46 series heaters come with an IEC C14 male plug that will plug directly
into the bottom of the Thermo Scientific e-box. Each Type K heater comes
with an M12-style fitting that connects to and is managed by the integrator’s
control box.
