Status indicators
The status indicators show the current status of the instrument.
Power
— This indicator lights when the instrument power is on and the
power supply voltage is within specifications.
Scan
— This indicator flashes with each scan of the interferometer.
Laser
— This indicator lights when power is supplied to the laser and it is
operating within specifications.
Source
— This indicator lights when the source is illuminated and it is
operating within specifications.
