The

arranty
Period
starts
two
weeks
fr
om
the
date
your
equipment
is
shipped
fr
om
our
facilit
y.
This
allows
for
shipping
time
so
the
war
ranty
will
go
int
o effect at approximat
ely the same t
ime your equipment is
deliver
ed. The war
ranty protection extends
to
any subsequent
owner
during the fir
st year
war
ranty
period.
During
the
fir
st
two
(2)
years,
com
ponent
part
s
proven
to
be
non-conforming
in
mat
erials
or
wor
kmanship
will
be
repaired
or
rep
laced
at
Thermo's
expense,
labor
included.
Inst
allat
ion
and
calibr
ation
are
not
covered
by
this
war
ranty
agreement.
The
Technical
Services
Depart
ment
must
be
contact-
ed
for
war
ranty
determinat
ion
and
dir
ection
prior
t
o
perf
ormance
of
any
repairs.
Expendable
it
ems,
glass,
filt
ers
and
gaskets
ar
e
excluded
fr
om
t
his
war
ranty
.
Replacement
or
repair
of
components
part
s
or
equipment
under
this
war
ranty
shall
not
extend
the
war
ranty
to
eit
her
the
equipmen
t
or
to
the
compo-
nent
part
beyond
the
original
warranty
period.
The
Techni
cal
Services
Department
must
gi
ve
prior
approval
for
return
of
any
com
ponents
or
equi
pment.
At
Thermo's
option,
all
non-conforming
part
s
must
be
returned
to
Thermo
Fisher
Scientif
ic

sta
ge
paid
and
replacement
part

shipped
