REPLACING THE NOZZLE
Proceed as follows to replace the nozzle.
- Unscrew the fixing nut from the flange and remove the
burner.
- Turn it around, hook it over flange (1) and loosen the
screws (3).
- Remove the blast tube (2) and the flame tube (11) from
the collar (4).
- Loosen the screw (8) and remove the combustion head
(7) from the nozzle holder (9), carefully disconnecting
the cables (5) from the electrodes.
- Replace the nozzle (6).
- Make sure that the small tube (10) on the combustion
head (7) engages with the UV sensor (12), then fix the
combustion head (7) to the nozzle holder (9) with the
screw (8).

It is strictly forbidden to use nozzles of different
make, type and specifications to the original .

Reverse the above steps to reassemble.

If the burner needs to be completely removed from
the boiler, disconnect the hoses (5) first. Use a suita-
ble rag to soak up the fuel that inevitably comes out.
