Transportation and storage of electric water heaters shall be carried out in accordance with the
handling symbols on the packaging:

1. Necessity of device protection from moisture;
2. Fragile load, delicate handling;
3. Recommended temperature range of the device storage: from +10°С to +20°С;
4. Correct vertical device position;
Manufacturer's warranty
The manufacturer provides warranty period for the water heater for

years, however, warranty
periods for components and items are as follows:
for other components (heating element, thermostat, indicator lamp, sealing gaskets, temperature
indicator, safety valve) – 2 years.
Warranty period starts from the date of EWH sale. In case of the absence or correction of the sale date
and store stamp, warranty period shall be started from the date of EWH production. Any claims during
the warranty period shall be accepted with the warranty certificate, with the notes of the seller and
nameplate on the EWH housing.
Failure of the safety valve or power cable shall not be considered as EWH fault and does not result in
EWH replacement. The buyer or an installation company carrying out connection shall be responsible
for compliance with the installation and connection regulations (in case of the individual connection).
During the EWH installation and operation the user shall comply with the requirements
ensuring fault-free device operation during the warranty period:
comply with the safety precautions, as well as installation, connection, operation and

maintenance regulations specified in this manual;
avoid mechanical damages due to negligent storage, transportation and installation;

avoid water freezing in EWH;

use water without mechanical and chemical additives for EWH heating;

use EWH with operable safety valve from the EWH scope of supply.

The manufacturer shall not be liable for the failures resulted from violation of the installation,
operation and technical maintenance of EWH by the user, as specified in this manual, including the
cases when such failures resulted from inadmissible network parameters (electrical and water
supply) with the installed EWH, and due to intervention of third parties. The warranty does not cover
the claims with respect to the EWH appearance.
Repair, replacement of spare parts and components within the warranty period does not extend the
warranty period of EWH in general; however, the warranty period for replaced or repaired compo-
nents shall be expired as of the date of the EWH warranty expiry.
Disposal
Under condition of compliance with the installation, operation and technical maintenance regulations
of EWH and water quality compliance with the applicable standards, the manufacturer provides
lifetime of 7 years as of the date of EWH purchase. All components of the water heater are made of the
materials applicable for environmentally friendly disposal (if required), to be carried out in accordance
with the rules and regulations of the water heater operating country.
