Cooking Chart – Upper Oven
• Metal pans become hot quickly and yield more
browning.
• Items cooked in glass may require more time.
• Place food in center of oven for adequate air
circulation.
• Biscuits and cookies should be left on pan for 3 to 4
minutes after removal from oven.
• Timings on the chart are a guide.
• Scratch and frozen pies and cobblers work best in
this mode but will need additional time. See chart.
