3.1.3 Assembly
For grading work the receiver must be mounted vertically to
the excavator blade using a suitable mount (optional ac-
cessory) (see Figure 3). Next, the blade must be raised to
the target level or the desired working height.
Now switch on the receiver and make sure that Normal /
Grading work was selected (see Section 3.1.2) and adjust
the height of the laser until “Centre” is displayed on the
TBE-12N. The tolerance can be changed in normal mode
by briefly pressing the accuracy button. The display accu-
racy can be set to
±
2 mm,
±
10 mm,
±
20 mm or
±
50 mm
3.1.4 Operation
Work can start after mounting and setting up the TBE-12N. The ver-
tical display (Figure 4 and Figure 1) is used to check the slope. IT
provides information on the vertical position of the excavator re-
ceiver.
