The capacity of the battery is almost depleted when the left LED of
the accuracy display (Figure 1) flashes; recharging is then neces-
sary. If this is not observed the device switches off automatically af-
ter a short amount of time.
Charge the battery at room temperature using only the THEIS
standard power supply unit connected to the charger socket below
the excavator receiver (Figure 1).
While charging the 3 LEDs of the accuracy display flash as-
cending from the bottom. All 3 LEDs remain permanently lit
when the battery is full. Overcharging is not possible. The LEDs
go off after removing the charge plug.
Charging at temperatures below +5 °C can lead to defects in
the battery.
Recharging during operation is not possible.
Use the charger only in dry rooms!

We guarantee our products to be free from faults in material and
workmanship according to the current state of the art. Should de-
fects of this type arise in practical use, they will be eliminated free
of charge. The warranty period is 24 months (apart from the re-
chargeable battery, which is 12 month) from the date of sale
(date of invoice). You must return the device or its affected com-
ponents for repair or replacement to THEIS immediately after you
establish the defect.
No warranty claims for courtesy repairs and errors cause by im-
proper use, including indirect damages.
