QUEEN SIZES ONLY.  Skip to Step 7 if

Secure base stability by locking hinge joints on bed

frame using (1) bolt, (1) flat washer, (1) lock washer, and

(1) nut for each hinge joint as shown. Ensure that ALL

nuts and bolts on hinge joints are tight.

Queen have 3 hinge joints.

With the help of your able-bodied assistant,

carefully lift the bed frame and set it upright on

its legs. Excessive lateral pressure may damage

the legs. Remove all plastic protective coverings.

NOTE: Make sure to clear all power cords so that they

do not interfere with any mechanisms of the adjustable

bed. Dispose of plastic protective coverings to

avoid injury.

Locate the (A) Wireless Remote and insert 3

AAA batteries (included).

Plug (D) Power Cord into a grounded electrical

outlet.  Using (A) Wireless Remote, push the

HEAD UP button, FOOT UP button, and any

massage button for a momentary test of the

remote. If the adjustable bed responds to the remote,

skip to Step 11.

See Figure 5 for Step 10

If the adjustable bed does not respond to the

remote, synchronize (A) Wireless Remote with

(B) Control Box. Follow the steps below.

(1) Press and hold the HEAD DOWN and FOOT UP

buttons simultaneously on the remote.
(2) While holding down the buttons on the remote,

press EITHER the blue reset button on the side of the

control box OR the control box extension cord.
(3) You should hear a few quick beeping sounds

signaling that the remote is synced to the base. Test this

by pressing any button on the remote.

NOTE:

The RESET button can be used for emergency

flattening of the adjustable bed. Pressing the RESET

button levels the bed.
