TLAN remote fault: This bit enables TLAN to indicate a remote fault condition to the link
partner.

Technology
ability field
Autonegotiation advertised technology ability: This 8-bit value is sent to the link-partner
to indicate the abilities of the TLAN PHY. Unsupported abilities cannot be advertised,
which for this PHY means only two bits have meaning when set:

Bit 6: PHY supports full-duplex 10Base-T

Bit 5: PHY supports half-duplex 10Base-T

Bits 12 through 7 are read only, and set to 0.

Selector field
Autonegotiation selector field code: This field has a hardwired value of 0001, meaning
the PHY only supports 802.3 format link code words.
