9.7.9.10 SPI_LOCK
Prevents SPI registers from being written to, except for 0x1FFD, 0x1FFE, 0x1FFF. These registers must be
written to sequentially and in order: 0x1FFD, 0x1FFE, 0x1FFF.
These registers cannot be read back.
