EDMA3_DRV_unlinkChannel ()

Description
Unlink the channel from the earlier linked logical
channel. This function breaks the link between the
specified channel and the earlier linked logical
channel by clearing the Link Address field.

This function is re-entrant for unique lCh values. It is
non-re-entrant for same lCh value.
