Software Update
The DecoderStation 6 software undergoes continual
development. You can load subsequent versions from
our website
www.teufelaudio.com/support/.
Installing new software
You will need an empty USB stick with a FAT-32 file
system.
1. Load the new software from our website.
2. Unpack the downloaded file and save all files con-
tained to the USB stick.
3. Pull the mains adapter
햴
of the DecoderStation 6
out of the socket and wait about 5 minutes.
4. Insert the USB stick in the SERVICE jack

Notice
Risk of damage!
The DecoderStation 6 may not be disconnected
from the power supply during the next steps!
5. Insert the mains adapter
햴
of the DecoderStation
6 back in the socket.
The update will begin automatically. The buttons
(1)
and
(2)
will blink during installation and various
messages will appear on the display panel.
6. Finally, the DecoderStation 6 will switch to standby
and only the red dot under the button
(1)
will be
illuminated.
7. Pull the mains adapter
햴
of the DecoderStation 6
out of the socket again.
8. Pull the USB stick out of the SERVICE jack
(13)
.
9. Insert the mains adapter
햴
of the DecoderStation
6 back in the socket.
The new software is now installed.
