12. Error messages in the display
To make the mortar mixer ready for operation after
switching it on, it is necessary to confirm the R button.
R button: Resetting the EMERGENCY STOP function. Af-
ter unlocking the emergency stop switch, press the R but-
ton to confirm the emergency stop status.
Only then is the mortar mixer ready for operation again.
Short-term message, which is automatically deactivated.
Internal time delays in the electronic components, which have no ef-
fect on the operating sequence, are responsible for this.
If the EMERGENCY STOP button is pressed, the follow-
ing message appears on the operating and display unit:
"No operational readiness"
"Unlock EMERGENCY STOP"
The unlocking is carried out by turning the red button
,
the EMERGENCY STOP button is unlocked, the error
message on the display unit goes out.
If the mixer trough holder is lowered, the following mes-
sage appears on the operating and display unit:
"No operational readiness"
"Place mixing trough in mixing position"
If the mixing trough is placed in the mixing position, the
error message on the display unit goes out.
If the mixing trough is removed from its holder, the follow-
ing message appears on the operating and display unit:
"No operational readiness"
"Use the mixing trough"
If the mixing trough is inserted, the error message on the
display unit goes out.
