Connecting the boiler to the heating system
The best way to connect the boiler with the heating system is to use screwed joints or flanged joints.
Installation should be done in accordance with the regulations norms of the country where it is
assembled.
It is necessary to make sure that assembly is done precisely according to the engineering specification
guidelines and the person performing the installation is licensed for the installation and issue of the
warranty for the tasks referred to above, which should be confirmed by the stamping and signing
the manual.
5.5. ELECTRICAL
INSTALLATION
The controller should receive a current of voltage 230V, 50Hz. Installation should be carried out by a licensed person.
In the case of any damage to the electrical cables one must not plug the boiler in as it may cause an electric
shock.
Installation should be done with the use of protective conductors. The boiler must be properly
earthed. Lack of protective conductor imposes a threat of electric shock. Securing of the heating
systems should be done in accordance with the regulations norms of the country where it is
assembled.
The plug-in socket should be positioned in a way which does not interfere with the every-day exploitation of the boiler
and in a proper distance from the heat source.
During the warranty period the electronic must not be interfered with it, as this may cause loss of warranty.
5.6.
CENTRAL HEATING AND CIRCULATING PUMP
When connecting central heating and circulating pump to the controller it is essential to follow the
guidelines in the controller manual closely. Any mistakes may result in burning of electrical devices
and loss of warranty. The controller manual contains the cabling connection scheme.
5.7.
FAN
It is particularly essential to look after the fan properly. It should be periodically cleaned. The most effective cleaning is
done with a help of a vacuum cleaner. Such cleaning should be done systematically It is essential to check the condition
of the fan and its level of dust.
Before proceeding to any activities connected with the clearing of the fan it is absolutely necessary
to disconnect the steering from the electrical power supply.
The fan has a screen by which the supply of the air to the burner is controlled. Additionally the steering is responsible for
the regulating of the fan (power gradation).
