Step 7
(a) Align the holes on the left door (I) with the holes on the
door handle (DD), then then insert one M6X15 bolt (AAA), one
spring washer(CCC) and one spring washer (BBB) each
pre-drilled holes
(b) Repeat the procedure to assemble to the right door
handle.
(c) Go back and tighten all the bolts using the screwdriver
provided.
Step 8
(a) Insert the bottom pin of the right door (J) into the
pre-drilled hole on the cart base.
(b) Push down the top pin of the right door and insert it into
the pre-drilled hole on the cart front beam.
(c) Repeat the procedure for the left door (I) assembly.
Step 9
(a) Place the body assembly (D) on the cart assembly.
(b) Align the holes on the cart side panel with the holes on the
body assembly (D), and then insert one bolt (AAA), one spring
washer (BBB) and one flat washer (CCC) into each hole. Tighten by
hand until secure.
(c) Align the holes on each back leg with the holes on body
assembly. Insert one bolt (AAA), one spring washer (BBB) and one
flat washer (CCC) into each hole. Tighten by hand until secure.
(d) Go back and tighten all bolts using the screw driver provided.
Step 10
(a) Align the holes on the left side shelf (F) with
the holes on
left side shelf decorative sheet
(E), then
insert one M6X15 bolt (AAA), one spring washer
(BBB) and one flat washer (CCC) into each
pre-drilled holes.
(b) Repeat the same procedure to assemble the
right side shelf decorative sheet
(R).
(c) Go back and tighten all the bolts using the
screwdriver provide.
Attention:
Unpack the regulator/hose assembly (located underneath the
firebox) prior to assembling the grill body to the cart, and pull out
the regulator/hose to the cart side panel when go ahead to this
step.
