Step 2
(a) Align the hole on the front middle side of cart base with the
hole on the door magnet (AA). Insert an M6 bolt (AAA) into each
pre-drilled hole and tighten the bolts by hand.
Step 3
(a) Loosen the pre-installed bolts on the cart base (M).
(b) Align the holes on the cart base with holes on the left side panel
(K), then insert the pre-installed bolts into each pre-drilled holes and
tighten the bolts by hand.
(c) Repeat the procedure (a) to assemble right side panel (X).
Step 4
(a) Align the holes on the cart left panel (K) with the holes on the back panel
(Y).
(b) Insert one M6 x 15 bolt (AAA), an M6 spring washer (BBB), and an M6 flat
washer (CCC) into each pre-drilled hole and tighten bolts by hand.
(c) Repeat the procedure (a) with the back panel (Y) and right side panel (X).
Step 5
(a) Align the holes on the two tips of the tank stopper (N) with
hole on the cart base and the hole on the cart back panel (Y) Insert
one M4 x 10 bolt (DDD), an M4 lock washer (EEE), and an M4 flat
washer (FFF) into each pre-drilled hole and tighten bolts by hand.
(b) Insert the tank retainer (Z) into the hole on the cart base, and
screw it clockwise by hand.
Step 6
(a) Align the holes on the left side panel (K) with the holes on the front beam (W).
(b) Insert one M6 x 15 bolt (AAA), an M6 spring washer (BBB), and an M6 flat
washer (CCC) into each pre-drilled hole and tighten bolts by hand.
(c) Repeat the procedure (a) with the cart front beam (W) and right side panel (X).
(d) Align the holes on structure support (L) with the holes on the cart base. Insert
one M6 x 15 bolt (AAA), an M6 spring washer (BBB), and an M6 flat washer (CCC)
into each pre-drilled hole and tighten bolts by hand.
(e) Repeat the procedure (d) with hole on the other structure support and the
holes on the cart base (M).
