SERVICE

REMOVING / REPLACING / INSTALLING THE 
CYLINDRICAL BRUSH DRIVE MOTOR

FOR SAFETY: Before leaving or servicing machine, 
stop on level surface, turn off machine, remove 
key, and set parking brake if equipped.

1.  Remove the brush drive belt from the scrub head. 

See REMOVING / REINSTALLING / REPLACING 
THE CYLINDRICAL BRUSH DRIVE BELT.

2.  Disconnect the battery cable from the machine.

FOR SAFETY: When servicing machine, Disconnect 
battery connection and charger cord before 
working on machine.

3.  Disconnect the main wire harness from the brush 

drive motor.

4.  Remove the brush drive motor from the scrub 

head.

5.  Reinstall the cylindrical brush drive motor onto the 

machine in reverse order of disassembly.

6.  Reinstall the brush drive belt onto the scrub head.

7.  Reinstall other components removed to access the 

brush drive motor in reverse order of disassembly.
