USING THE MANUAL HYDRAULIC PUMP
On the left-hand side at the rear of the vehicle, above the hydraulic tank and protected by a
triangular hatch, a manual hydraulic pump is installed (fig. 27). In case of a malfunction of
the diesel engine, this pump can be used to operate the following functions to bring the
machine to the transport mode:
-
tip/lower the hopper
-
release hand brake
The handle to operate the manual pump is on the left-hand side of the passenger seat.
The operator must be sure that during the tipping or lowering of the dirt
hopper no other persons are in the vicinity of the vehicle.
If the operator has not ascertained this, every movement of the vehicle must be
stopped. There is a risk that someone may become trapped between the dirt
hopper and the frame or between the top valve and the hopper.

Lowering dirt hopper
1)

The dirt hopper will now be lowered slowly.
2)
In order to stop the lowering, turn the button back tot he right.
Release hand brake

vehicle is moving in
(fig. 27).
2)

moving the handgrip up and down.
