WEEKLY MAINTENANCE

The following safety measures must be complied with at all times during
maintenance.

The engine must be switched off.

The handbrake must be engaged.

The power must be disconnected at the main switch.

The emergency stop in the cabin must be locked with the appropriate key, deactivating
the entire vehicle.

Whenever the rubbish hopper is tipped, it must be tipped fully and locked with safety
supports.

Daily tasks

- All tasks as described in the operating manual must be carried out

Lubrication points

- See maintenance schedule

Lubricate all hinge point with a drop of oil

Fan belt tension

- Check the fan belt tension
Adjust the tension of the fan belt if necessary

Air filters

Check that the air-filter element of the engine is clean (main element and safety
element)

Check the pre-filter
Clean if necessary

- Check if hose connections are good condition

Water filters

- Check the water filter in the right-hand water tank
Clean or replace the water filter if necessary

Tyre pressure

- Check tyre pressure
Standard: 4 bar

Wheel bolts

- Check the wheel bolts
Tightening moment should be 250 Nm
