TO REPLACE SMALL STEERING SPROCKET

FOR SAFETY: Before Leaving Or

Servicing Machine; Stop On Level

Surface, Set Parking Brake.

1. Raise the seat support and unplug the

battery connectors.

2. Raise the front of the machine and place

jack stands under the frame.

3. Go into the operators compartment and

locate the lower steering shaft mount

assembly. Loosen the two screws and pull

the mount back to give the steering chain

slack.

4. Go under the machine and locate the

steering chain.

5. Rotate the steering wheel until the master

link on the chain is accessible.

6. Remove the chain master link. Remove the

steering chain from both sprockets.
