The non-1.8V RST reference circuit design is shown below.
NOTE:
In order to avoid a back powering effect it is recommended to avoid having
any HIGH logic level signal applied to the digital pins of the NE865H2 when
the module is powered off or during a reboot transition.
NOTE:
To proper power on again the module please refer to the related
paragraph (“Power ON”)
The unconditional hardware reboot must always be implemented on
the boards and should be used only as an emergency exit procedure.
